Payment Method:
- On booking: As a guarantee in case of cancellation/to cover damages, either a deposit of 40% or a fax with full credit card details is required.
- On arrival: An advance of E200 is required. This will be returned on departure.
- On departure: Full payment of the outstanding balance.
- All credit cards accepted.

Deletetion policy:
- Deletetion between 50-30 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 40% of the entire amount will be applied.
- Deletetion between 29-10 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 60% of the entire amount will be applied.
- Deletetion between 9 days before the arrival date and the actual arrival date, a cancellation of 80% of the entire amount will be applied.
- If the guest fails to arrive, and does not communicate in advance via fax, e-mail or phone their failure to arrive, a full charge (100%) will be applied.
